SIMPLE QUICK KEDGEREE FOR A LIGHT LUNCH OR TEATIME MEAL

boil jasmine rice add a touch of salt, turmeric and a glug of seaseme oil to water, when cooked drain rice in a collander and rinse for 1 min set aside,,dice onion,mixed peppers,(mushroom)optional, fry for 3 mins then add to rice,,cook smoked fish,or white fillet fish if preffered in microwave flake when ready add to rice(i like to add cooked prawns as well),cook a white cheese or cheddar sauce add tsp mustard,garlic,chillie flakes to the sauce,when about to serve pour sauce over rice dish,,this can be made in advance and reheated in microwave later,yummy,,,
