OPENING KITCHEN

I am a Food Technology/Hospitality and Catering teacher at Smithills Secondary School, Bolton. I am currently running a BTEC Hospitality and Catering course for years 10 and 11 pupils, and teach Food Technology to years 7, 8 and 9 pupils.
The school have invested £140,000 and produced two state of the art brand new kitchen suites; no other school within Lancashire has such a facility. One kitchen is a domestic layout and the other an industrial realistic working environment with a small room attached, set out as a restaurant for the pupils to gain valuable training knowledge, experience and expertise for their qualification.
It would be my pleasure to invite you along to open our new facilities and possibly introduce you to my pupils. This would be a tremendous experience for the pupils to meet a gifted chef . If you are interested please contact me.
