ABOUT OUR CHEF

Rosemary is a talented and versatile chef who loves talking about food as much as she loves cooking.

 

Her role in ITV1’s Ladette to Lady earned her praise from critics and audiences alike. Rosemary was a judge on ITV1’s Soapstar Superchef and appeared alongside Gary Rhodes on UKTV Food's Local Food Heroes. She also hosted Rosemary Shrager’s School for Cooks, for ITV1.

 

A one-time employee of Pierre Koffman at the internationally famous Tante Claire restaurant in London, Rosemary has also worked for French chef and Saturday Cooks regular Jean-Christophe Novelli, and was head chef at Amhuinnsuidhe Castle from 1998 till 2002.

 

She is now running her culinary courses at Swinton Park, a castle hotel in the Yorkshire dales.
