WHERE TO GET REAL CORNED BEEF?

I have a nice Rick Stein recipe for corned beef but it starts with buying a real (not tinned) corned beef. I have no idea where to get one as the local butchers don't supply it and internet searches have thrown up nothing.

Corned beef is actually a cut of brisket that has been "CORNED" (you can't do this too time consuming. Ask your butcher to get you a corned beef....

Real cornedbeef is beef pumped with saltwater . I think it is only done by Irish butchers in Ireland.
