HOW TO PREPARE


Serves any number. Cooking time is short.



INGREDIENTS

6 cloves of garlic minced
1 tbsp minced ginger
6 spring onions chopped
1 small bunch of flat leaf parsley
½ scotch bonnet chilli pepper
2 tsp salt
2 tsp ground cumin
2 tsp ground coriander
2 tsp ground turmeric
1 tsp fresh ground black pepper
¼ cup of olive oil
2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1 tbsp honey

METHOD

Place all the ingredients into a food processor and blitz. Cook the meat and baste throughout with the fire and spice mixture.
