ABOUT OUR CHEF

Born in Taiwan, educated in South Africa, U.K. and Italy, Ching has been exposed to a wide range of cuisines from her travels.

 

Her cooking is best described as Oriental with ease, fusing traditional and modern Chinese.

 

Ching regularly appears on Daily Cooks and Saturday Cooks, as well as Great Food Live for UK Food, and Taste for Sky One. She has also had her own series, Ching’s Kitchen, on UK Food.

 

Her first book, China Modern, was published in 2006 by Kyle Cathie.
